Do you feel as if your climbing skills are hitting a plateau? Do you find climbing alone makes it difficult to stay motivated? Are you looking to add more structure to your climbing routine? The Adult Team is the perfect weekly program for you to improve your climbing skills and work with a group of motivated climbers who want to see each other succeed.
This members only program will run for two days a week for 6 weeks. You will be working with Coach Jordan who is the Assistant Lead Coach for our Youth teams and afterschool programs. He has spent the last decade studying methods of training for climbing as an individual and a group.
Each practice consists of 30 minutes of self run individual warm-up and then 90 minutes of guided coaching.
The Adult Training Team will be heavily focused on-the-wall training, with supplemental strength and conditioning workouts as well.
