For regular visits, no reservations are necessary. For groups larger than 8, please contact nbptevents@metrorock.com.

There is a strict 1 adult: 5 children ratio enforced. Adults accompanying children must be 18 years of age or older.

Children under 14 years of age are not allowed in the gym unaccompanied by an adult

*Student rate applies to all ages 21 and younger, plus active college and graduate students. Military includes both active duty and veterans. Students and military members must show proper documentation to receive discounted prices.

Community Nights Discount Pricing

Each night of the week we offer discount access to a different group within our community.

Discount Day Passes are $20. Discount Pricing starts at 3pm and does not include gear.

We also offer half off Intro to Ropes for non-member Fems & Thems on Mondays and Guys on Wednesdays.
