The setting crew at any MetroRock location is a psyched group of individuals who take their love of climbing movement and share it with all of our members and visitors. Setting is the heart and soul of a rock gym so we make sure our routes and boulders are fun yet challenging. Our setting schedule ensures that new routes and boulders are created every week.
CIRCUIT GRADING SYSTEM
Climbing grades are inherently subjective. A climber's height, reach, body mechanics and other factors all comprise how difficult a climb may feel. We use a color scale to show this possible variation. Each circuit comprises a variety of stylistically different climbs to provide an appropriate level of challenge to all of our customers climbing at MetroRock.
